Tai CHi



Tai Chi is a Chinese exercise promoting mindfulness, deep breathing exercises involving a series of movements in a calm, relaxed and graceful manner. It also promotes harmony in mind and body with improved mobility and mental alertness.

Running every Monday from 10AM - 11AM, your instructor Karen Dudley will help your in an hour-long session of calm, serene and tranquil movement.
